Elderflower

This tincture is made using the flowers of the famous elderberry plant.

We harvest the beautiful white flowers right before they turn into the deep purple berries. At this stage the flowers boast properties that are anti-viral and will benefit our respiratory system. They can alleviate symptoms that come with congestion and the sinuses as well.

-Take 2-3 doses, apply directly under the tongue & hold for 13 seconds or mix in water/tea
