Goldenrod is a powerful plant native to North America. It is commonly used to help with UTIs and has antiseptic and anti fungal properties. Goldenrod is also mixed in salves to reduce muscle pain and swelling. In tincture form Goldenrod helps with sinus relief & respiratory support!

-Take 2-3 doses, apply directly under the tongue & hold for 13 seconds or mix in water/tea
